Watch Me

I love Fridays! It's the start of the weekend, but it's also reveal day at SOUS! I love seeing what creations the other designers have done with the sketch of the week! I'm always amazed at the variety of interpretations and styles. There truly is something for everyone there! I hope you get a chance to come on over and try out this wonderful sketch that our own Sandi Clarkson did! Your layout might be chosen as one of the Top 3 and featured on the blog! Of course, after Isla was born, we bought her a gift, but we didn't want Noah to feel left out, so we got one for him too. He really loves dinosaurs and can name them all. He regularily gives me lessons on which one is which. We found this set of little play dinosaurs and knew it would be the perfect thing for him. It was so much fun watching him play pretend!

It was fun doing this layout! I made some little flags that I had been admiring on other people's layouts. I pulled out my Slice machine and cut out a little dinosaur. Then I stamped it for some added interest and texture. I love googly eyes, so of course one had to go on there. LOL! I used Echo Parks A Boy's Life for this layout. The patterns and colors are so perfect for little guys!
