Fall Colors- SOUS- Project Life

This weeks' challenge on the SOUS blog for Project Life was to use glitter on your page! Well, this certainly was a challenge for me. You should have seen the mess I made. Wow, I didn't even think it was possible, but it happened. It was all over me, the table, the floor, my supplies! I had to vacuum everything all up. Then (yikes), once it was all cleaned up, I waited for my project to dry and wouldn't you know it? Half of the glitter fell off and left these big empty spaces. I was horrified at the thought of getting the glitter out again! I was telling Nanne about what a mess I made and she says...Why not just use stickles? DUH! Should have talked to her first! I would have saved myself a lot of trouble! LOL! Anyways, I tried to patch them up with some stickles thinking it would look like variegated leaves. I wanted to keep this one simple because I had some photos I really liked and wanted them to be full size and the focus of this week.

( P.S. if you have any glitter hints, I'd love to know about them because YES, I have the WHOLE collection of Martha Stewart glitter in every color!!! Don't ask why I think I needed THAT!)
