Hoop- The Paper Variety

I recently found a new challenge site called The Paper Variety. They offer really great prizes and I just love their challenges. This is the first one I'm participating in. The challenge was to scraplift or get inspiration from one of the posted layouts on their blog. I got inspiration from Suzanne. She had used one of the big scalloped circles on her layout. I had just gotten a Bo Bunny kit that had a really great scalloped circle and wanted to use it, so it fit great with this challenge. I also finished this layout super quick. It only took me 30 minutes. I found I was stressing too much about finishing layouts and was taking too much time fiddling around. This one came together really quickly with the embellishments from Bo Bunny. Love their papers BTW! I wanted to focus more on the pictures and less on what I put on the layout and was happy with how it turned out. This is my DD Laya. She took up hooping a while back and she's become really good at it. I wanted to capture this on a layout for her.
